1. Introduction

Welcome to Alibet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Alibet regarding your use of the website located at https://alibet.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through it.

Alibet is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform. We serve players across Malaysia, including those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. To register and maintain an account on the Alibet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Alibet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Alibet or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform, nor have had an account permanently closed by Alibet due to a prior breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication details with any third party. Alibet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

In the event that you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify Alibet immediately via our live chat support. We will take reasonable steps to protect your account pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

Alibet is required to carry out identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be requested to submit documents including a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill as proof of address. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the prescribed period may have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, data extraction tools, or any artificial means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• You will not attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform in any way.

• You will not attempt to access any account other than your own.

Alibet reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these conditions, and to void any bets or winnings associated with such conduct. Where Alibet reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, we may also withhold funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the absolute discretion of Alibet. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation bearing a unique bet reference number. Alibet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at any time, including after placement, where there is a reasonable ground to do so — such as technical error, obvious pricing mistake, or evidence of irregular betting patterns.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page at the time of betting. Limits may vary by product — for example, live football betting on Liga Super Malaysia or EPL fixtures may carry different limits compared to slots or casino table games. Alibet reserves the right to apply individual account stake restrictions where warranted.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, Alibet reserves the right to void any bets affected. We will endeavour to notify affected users promptly and restore account balances to their pre-error state. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all electronic games on the Platform.

6.4 Results and Disputes

All game outcomes and sporting event results are determined by the authoritative source for each event. In cases of dispute, Alibet's determination shall be final. You may raise a dispute through our live chat or email support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Alibet offers various promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus conditions apply across all Alibet promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 years and above only. Age-ineligible accounts will have bonuses voided.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
• Alibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already in active use by eligible players.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or exploiting pricing anomalies in conjunction with bonus funds — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

8. Deposits & Withdrawals

8.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Alibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Available methods may be updated from time to time.

8.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Alibet does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

8.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name. Alibet aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Alibet reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing time.

8.4 Currency

The primary account currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. Alibet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency funds.

8.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Alibet complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal, and to delay or refuse processing of any transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect financial crime. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gambling

Alibet is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Alibet.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alibet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunction or third-party payment processing failure.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Delays in withdrawal processing due to KYC or anti-money laundering checks.
• Interruption of service due to maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your login credentials.

Alibet's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Alibet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, we will process the closure and return any remaining verified balance to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by Alibet

Alibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account presents a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to Alibet.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, Alibet reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including any pending withdrawal requests, pending investigation and resolution.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alibet holds its international gaming licence. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction, and that it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws prior to using the Platform.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request by contacting our support team.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Alibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by means of a prominent notice on the Platform or via the email address registered to your account, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
